Extremely Disappointed - No Delivery, No Response

I paid for a small job (just 2 decal stickers) back in July, and was working with someone named Michael. He told me the job was completed and promised delivery to my home. When the agreed delivery date came, nothing arrived.

Since then, l've tried multiple times to reach Michael via phone and email, but he has completely stopped responding. It's now nearly November, and I still haven't received anything

- no decals, no update, no refund, and no explanation.

This is not how a professional business should treat its customers. Ignoring a client after taking their money is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
