Staff very pushy when it comes to their membership card, to the point of making me feel uncomfortable. No means no, which should be accepted the first time, and without the need for explanation. Gawking at me out of the doors after I’d walked to my vehicle was the icing on the cake. Prices are no different to Repco, which is where I’ll be headed the next time as their customer service is really good and they’ve never made me feel uncomfortable whilst trying to make a purchase.
