They booked my visit, appeared punctually and went about their work with confidence. The repair man, Dale, explained the cause of our problems and tested the machine thoroughly before packing up.

Very honest and helpful . Advised that my front loader was not worth fixing due to age and cost . This was over the phone so did not waste my time money on an unnecessary service call.

I rang this business to see if they could come out today to fix my front loader that is being tempramental; he was booked out, so he sat on the phone and told me how to go thru the diagnostic settings and now it is working! (very excited as i havent donea load in a few days now!) A business like this one is very rare indeed; awesome communication skills, terrific service and exceptionally truly helpful - even without getting paid for it! Will definitely use this business again; and Im quite happy to pay for it!
