I had Ben carry out the plumbing on a recent renovation of mine. His plumbing work is faultless but during the job I asked that he let me know if the bill was going to exceed $1500. The final invoice was just under $3200 without any discussion along the way that the bill was going to exceed what I had asked in our previous conversation.

It feels extremely dishonest to me to continue working knowing the account would be more than double what I had asked. Im on a tight budget and Ben should have more consideration for his clients and in future do as directed.



I would recommend Ben for plumbing work but just be wary about the final charges and the fact that he ignores any request to keep check of the direction the account is heading in.

Ben was quick to respond to our central heating and was here when he said he would be and fixed , now we are warm again. !!most definitely recommend him
