Disgusting customer service. I purchased firebreaks from this company two months ago for the cost of $265. Two months later not only have I received absolutely disgraceful and defensive customer service but I am still out of pocket $265 and the product has never been received. Despite numerous attempts to request a refund because of the three week late delivery the company still refuses to acknowledge my request and has failed to provide the product. They are consistently concerned about their profit margin and the two girls in the office including Diane are an absolute disgrace. Be very wary of using this business

Glad we went to Warwick. This shop was excellent - we told him the size & showed him a plan. He showed us & said its between these ones & gave us a choice. We found out the one we were looking at buying when previously dealing with a place in Toowoomba was WAY too small!! This company has installed 80 fireplaces so far this winter & sold 11 last Saturday. He was excellent to deal with & had heaps in stock!! Will never go to Toowoomba heating again!! Warwick - well worth the trip!!
