I had a really terrible experience with this salon. My hair had been coloured with them the week before and I was happy with the result so booked in for a keratin treatment the following week. I was told to leave the product in for 3 days. When I rinsed it out I realised that my hair was very frizzy and damaged so i returned to the salon. The stylist assured me that my hair was normal and just needed to settle. Over the weekend large portions at the front of my hair. When i returned to the salon the manager refused me a refund and told men that my hair 'was normal blonde hair'. My hair has been so burnt and damaged that I have had to cut off 4 inches leaving me with a short fringe. Very disappointed with the way I have been treated as well as the fact that the condition of my hair has been completely destroyed.
