United Car Solutions

This car repair store called United cars solution is a totally huge lie. Before I drive my car to the car repair store called United cars Solutions in Waterloo, I met the staff there and ask for a car service price he said it could be around $200-250, cant really tell me the price until I drive my car there. Few seconds later I drive my car to their place on 8th of March looking for a car service price. The staff is disappeared and the other staff (cashier) said he will call me back in 40 mins, 40 mins later no calls and I went back to the store, I saw the car was moved in to the store and I asked for the price, the staff there told me one more hour to know and they will call me. I keep waiting until the store is closed still no calls. I went back to the store next day. They told me the car service was done and cost me $250. I asked them why any other car repair & service store can offer me the price before doing the car service, and they told me "we are not clever like the k-mart car service guys!" ( my car usually cost me 180-190 for the car service) The biggest joke is when I pick up my car. the service signal still on! I had no choice to pay them and get my car back. Cause they are about to charge me for some other car problem. None of the problem I mentioned to them had been fixed or solved ( such as front light, AC pipe leaking).
After I get back home, my family helped me checked on the engine oil in my car, and the color of the oil is not clear which means they did not do anything on my car not even replace the engine oil, and telling me the minor oil leaking, coolant leaking and the break need to be replaced bla bla bla. Which none of the problem was shown on my car signal screen.
I m very very upset ! I told them it is not correct that to do the car service directly without telling me the price. They said its how they do the work.

I've got my BMW serviced here a couple of times and never had any issues. The mechanic went through all the problems with me in detail and also gave me a call later to ask if I wanted to get couple of other things changed that were not discussed in the shop. He was very well familiar with European cars and knew what he was doing. Got my car back in a couple of days which was fairly quick. Friendly and good service overall. Definitely taking my car back here for my next service.

Very poor mechanical skill, knowledge, expertise & workmanship. Very dodgy and faulty work. Failed to do all work required. Put in dodgy parts. Avoid.
