If you want to get verbally abused and have tradies turn up unannounced without the common sense of organizing a time to come around, then Waterwise is for you.
Their tradie came over 3 times and never did he have the brains to contact me. I send him text messages and left a message as well to please contact to arrange a time; he never did. Neither did the woman at reception. Still waiting after 10 days. No contact. They obviously didnt want to honour their warranty on a dud solar panel. The builder came over and had a look at it and told me it was an "old" model which obviously didnt tolerate frost. What kind if solar panel can it be if it breaks during the cold.
I sent a messgae telling this company to "get off it rear-end (not the exact word)" and organize a time. Well, this woman return my call but I couldnt get back to her immediately as I was in Melbourne with my mother taking her to see a specialist.
Now, this women yelled at me for taking a day to answer; she took 10 days!
I told her I was running around in Melbourne as my mother had been diagnosed with a heart condition. Her reply to this was "I dont care!" Lovely woman, eh?!
Anyway, shes ranting and raving and screaming and tells me to apologize to her tradie!! Why should I? I reply. She and her tradie lied and were trying to cover up their incompetence and laziness. When I asked her for proof of alleged contact with me, she became angrier and hung up.
so my recommendation is to avoid these dishonest and rude people like the plague. I will also be copying and pasting this on social media
