Mansom Engineering began as a Marine Engineering Shop servicing the local Crayfish Industry in Geraldton in 1985. In 1996, Derek Poletti became the Managing Director and since then, he tailored the business to provide a range of specific services. We offer expertise in all areas of machine shop practice and surpass industry expectations.
Mansom Engineering has been providing outstanding general engineering solutions for the local marine, agricultural and mining establishments in the Geraldton area for a long time now. We are a team of highly experienced and qualified engineers who can help you with all aspects of machining design and manufacture. Our workshop is fully equipped and our tradesmen are highly qualified and experienced with an accumulative total of more than 80 years in the metal trades industry. There is no job that is too big or too small. We provide specific services to the mining and energy, marine, transport, agricultural and general service industries. We also extend our professional services to the general public from machining fuel jets to conveyor head pulleys and everything in between.

Manufacturing - Wilson Snyder stuffing boxes, nuts, liners, pistons, hardened seat valves, seat valve inserts, conveyor pulleys, screen bolt assys and many more. Specialising - In the application and machining, ceramic coating and lining of high wear steel components including Nash and Siemens vac pumps, Warman pumps, agitator paddles and mixers.
