They sanded, stained and sealed our jarrah floorboards. The guys left stain on kickbacks, new cabinets, tiles and doors. We needed to paint and replace lots of materials as the stain is not removable. A few weeks later boards started to come loose, owner said it was not their problem, other floor people have said it is and it's the vibrations. No follow up, poor workman ship at a good price. You get what you pay for, wouldnt recommend
