Rude staff, unreliable delivery. Only reason they are still in business is their location.

I dropped into Masta Plasta Ballarat office with the plans to supply a house lot of plasterboard. I was happy with the quote emailed to me. I asked about payment and was told to call into the office to do this. I travelled 36 km to make payment and I added in insulation to the delivery. I was informed not to worry about payment "we will send an invoice and we will deliver Wed" There was no delivery Wed and when I rang the manager said he was very busy with 40 quotes but he will deliver Thurs. No mention of payment or the invoice and again delivery didn't take place. We are now a week further down the track with no follow up or contact as to why there is such a delay. I called to cancel my order and when my name was mentioned I could hear the yelling in the back. Plenty of excuses, denial and blame from 40 Quotes but an absolute lack of responsibility.



I called into Skinner's Plaster Suppliers just this afternoon. Within the hr they rang a quote through emailed me the invoice with their bank details, payment has been made with delivery in 2 days.



That's how to do business.

Work to 3 pm each day mondays,Tuesdays and Thursday, took Wednesday off and 1/2 day Friday complete unsatisfactory performance and lazy wokers
