Ace Shuttle is well beyond a 5 star rating. I have used Ace Shuttle for many decades and I am totally overwhelmed of the brilliant service. Ace Shuttle totally puts your mind at ease, as they are extremely friendly, helpful and always arrive on time. The buses that I’ve been on are always extremely clean and tidy. There is no cramming in as the buses are very spacious and comfortable.

Thank you Ace Shuttle staff. We really appreciated the great service you provided the other day. After a long-haul flight home from Europe, we were diverted to Melbourne by Sydney storms. We really appreciated your flexibility on a Sunday afternoon, as you organised a new driver to collect us when we missed our scheduled arrival by many hours. Your driver was so kind, even going out of his way to find a service station open after midnight on a Sunday night, so we could get bread and milk for breakfast. It was a relief to have ourselves and the kids brought home safely after a very tiring 30+ hours of travelling. We really appreciate you going the extra mile for us. Thanks.

Great local service from Ace Shuttle. It was really easy to book. The driver picked us up from home loaded our luggage and took us straight to our cruise ship again helping with the luggage. Also so reassuring to know that a shuttle would be waiting for us on our return. I checked up with the staff what would happen if we were delayed or there was a problem. I was reassured that they check regularly with the cruise lines and airlines to confirm arrival times to ensure that someone is there to meet you. When our cruise returned the driver was there. Very friendly and helpful service. Thank you.

Ace make sure you catch your plane with time to spare. They will hang around coming home if your plane is delayed. Can’t fault their service!

As a family of 4 we have used Ace Shuttles numerous times for our family holidays. From the first moment of contact I had piece of mind that our holiday was going to be smooth sailing. No need to worry out what time to leave, traffic issues or parking. We have always arrived at the airport in plenty of time for check in's and in return with have always been greeted by a friendly driver on our return. My family and I have used Ace Shuttle bus services on a number of occasions now for transport to the airport and cruise terminals for our holidays. I have always found them to be super efficient, cost effective and the door to door service is so convenient and saves me the stress in sorting logistics myself.
