Purchased my first property using John & Donna for my conveyancing. All I can say is how stress free and seamless the transaction was. 10/10 will be using and recommending again.

Expert Conveyancing went above and beyond when buying our house. They explained everything in a friendly and efficient way which made the whole process less stressful and more exciting. They will be the first people to call if we ever need a conveyancer again.

There was significant negative feedback on Facebook. Rather than improving themselves the page itself seems to have been removed. My experience was bad and do not recommend engaging Donna@expert conveyancing

Very bad experience; poor communications - Donna didn't correspond with me and sent emails to a friend of mine. and hence I missed out on key information resulting in a penalty fee. Very poor at replying emails and communication. Cant co-ordinate a simple standard settlement.

Horrible service. Very slow to respond to communications. Was handed from one staff to another due to no response from one for about a week. Did not check paperwork was completed properly, was only noticed by the other parties Lawyers. Never appologised, never accepted any responsibility for mistakes. Also never informed us of when settlement was supposed to occur on the day which combined with other errors on their part lead to us paying for accommodation due to being advised settlement would likely not occur on the set date.

So get this.... Expert Conveyancing sent me a bill recently for $275 as services rendered for a property that wasn't sold.
And what does one get from this company for said amount? Four documents for a seller to sign accepting their services whilst settling your property.
Yep, you get 4 documents which are standard word templates that they send to all their clients. 3 of the 4 are one page documents which you sign and the 4th one is a discharge of funds form (most of which you fill). Expert are so bad that the discharge form sent to me even had a previous seller's details on it.
The Authority to act on the seller's behalf does not say that a minimum charge is applicable if the property is not sold.
The hard earned money you spend should work to your benefit and these guys clearly do not respect that fact.
AVOID at all costs.
