The receptionist was so rude and deadface from the moment I walked in. I've been there twice because the first time I got a really nice hairdresser who did a great job at some highlights and there was a younger receptionist. The second time i was so disappointed with everything and everyone. Bad hair result, bad customer service, bad noisy atmosphere with staff complaining and looking rushed off their feet. I felt terrible at how psychopathic they all seemed to be. Horrible.

what a wonderful experience. The staff were warm, efficient and professional. You are offered coffee and magazines as soon as you sit down. The staff listen carefully to exactly what you want. Highly recommended. Thanks, Renee Dowling
