After asking whether a shoe alteration was possible, the staff member answered in a rude tone. I had previously went to Mister Minit and although they were unable to help, they were extremely polite. I can't say the same for Shoe Express. I wasn't even halfway through my sentence when I was abruptly cutoff. Don't ever go here - this is the worst customer service I've ever received.
