Mitsubishi Quayside

Group of absolute morons! Will NOT deal with this business in the future. I was passed from one department to the next with no one knowing what they were doing. I ended up hanging up because I was questioned and abused on the phone for simply wanting a quote to do a CVT fluid change on my 07 Outlander which to any other dealership service department is a straight forward task.
I will happily travel to Newcastle in the future to get my car serviced and avoid dealing with these twits.
I would have rated the business 0 but it doesn't give that option.
