Do not rent with this realtor! They think that treating the tenant quite badly is the best way to deal with people.

They let the body corporate enter our garage and use our personal property to tie our garage door shut. The body corporate waited until I had left the property to do so, meanwhile I was only 10 minutes away. Instead of talking to me, or calling/texting me to let me know what was going on, the body corporate did this.

This was done after a so called security breach which happened the night before while the garage was locked, and then body corporate just had to wait until I left the premises to do this to our garage.

If this is the kind of body corporate Leo Tsimpikas supports, then I definitely will not deal with them again! And I warn you to stay far away!

Do not rent with these people. Body corporate entered premises unannounced and prevented access for us to enter garage. No correspondance was sent to myself or my partner. Tried to discuss situation with Property Manager but was drawn into an arguement and was hung up on. Stay away.

Terrible bad service, you are lucky if you even get a reply on your e-mails. Takes serval weeks longer than promised to pay out your bond. Lying scumbags. Dont ever use them as your real estate.
