Hello team,
I have sent my vacuum to Harvey Norman store to repair to Dyson as Dyson advised me. I have a baby in my home and we have only this vacuum. My vacuum was not working properly, I have advised them may be you can loan me the vacuum. And they guy at front desk Greg he took the vacuum and he promised that because you have a baby we prioritize this, and send back them asap. I contacted Dyson today, that please update me the status of my vacuum. They said they did not received yet. I am so helpless now and I don't like the customer service of Harvey Norman west Gosford. We never go there to buy products because of false promise. Also, that day I asked them for loan vacuum but they promised that we can't give you loan but we can send this vaccum as soon as possible. It's been 5 days if I send back by myself even I can get it in two business days as per Dyson policy. We bought it from you guys so we go to you. But it's always recommended to buy direct rather than your store. I also asked them if you guys replace it, because I have baby and I need to clean the floors. But they did not respond to that too. This is not finished 60 days and I am having problems with my vacuums . If you can see online Dyson website they send back it on two business days.
