They don't seem to know where they've put my medications when I go to collect them. E-scripts get lost in their email system frequently. I have switched to a better pharmacy.

PROS: I enjoy their repeat prescription order reminders and the fact that you can order through SMS

CONS: They bungle up the orders very, very often :(
