Ben the Plumber will assess the problem with your hot water service and always endeavour to repair the unit first if possible. However, if the unit is irreparable, Ben the Plumber can supply and install a new unit complete with a Certificate of Compliance.

Ben the Plumber work covers workmanship for six years as per Plumbing Industry Commission as well as the product warranty. We only supply and fit materials, fixtures and appliances from reputable suppliers.

Ben was able to accurately troubleshoot our blocked drains with his great knowledge and experience. His equipment is 'state of the art' which reduces his labour time and cost. Awesome work from him and he will be back to do more work for us down the track.

I had a blocked drain and needed immediate help. I called Ben and he came out within the hour. He cleared the drain, and while he was here he fixed a leaking tap. Ben was very friendly and upfront about pricing, I am very happy with the service and will use Ben again for my hot water heater in a few months.
