falsely advertised product claiming it does stuff it does not do. customer service is the worst iv ever encountered and have to open paypal dispute. dont waste your time with this company

I bought a tiller from OZPLAZA, i have problems with it in a couple of days, contacted the supplier, Wait for it- to my amazement they are sending a replacement. Now that is whet you call GOOD HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If i ever need anything that they sell i will buy from them, WELL DONE ozplaza

You just have to wait for delivery. They will not provide delivery on time as well as they will give you false commitment. You have to wait at home for multiple days for entire day then also you will not get delivery. Seller is not taking any responsibility of delivery. You have to follow up with worst Delivery company. Delivery company will not give you particular time. Driver will not call you and they will change false status as Card Left in tracking system.

You will end up with just following up delivery. Not at all recommended otherwise you will be doing biggest mistake of life. Even eBay will also not help you.

Delivery debacle that ended with the parcel being returned to OzPlaza and them refusing to pay back the full amount for the item. According to them I needed to cover the cost of return postage and restocking fee amounting to $50 despite the fact their delivery service provider screwed up. Zero ownership. If you go with these guys better hope to god everything goes right or you'll be copping the cost of it.

They advertise on eBay "free and fast delivery" and then post via Australia Post which in my case made no attempt to deliver. Simply send email saying products were ready for collection at post office. So I had to drive to post office, queue up and collect parcels. A total of one hour wasted. Don't believe "delivery" when it comes to Oz Plaza Living. I would not have ordered. You can't phone them.

Beware of the people. I returned items in original packaging as per their policy and they won't issue a refund they promised in writing. Taken out eBay and Paypal case against them

on ebay it says delivered but were too?
tried paypal but because the website says delivered

Paypal is no help i give Zero to Paypal as well

I bought an ezyseal food saver machine from ozplaza and after vacuuming 3 items it wouldn't suck anymore...I eventually got a reply from them and they requested a video of issue which I sent in and they offered a replacement which was fine at the time.However the replacement machine is doing the same thing and they won't answer my emails!!!
I want to return both vacuums sealers and get a refund...
Not happy at all as I am on a disability pension and need to save my food and $$.
What to do???

My experience with Oz plaza has been a disaster with me having to chase and call back several times regarding my delivery status of my consignment,
My parcel has been overdue by 11 days, the parcel was supposed to come on the 11 DEC 2015 - its the 22nd DEC and still waiting.

I would not recommend this company and have very negative feedback.

Doing business with OZ Plaza is a big mistake and very frustrating.
