Mac con projects

Seemed OK at the start etc but after only 2 years there are a number of large cracks in the pool and lifting of coping tiles that Maccon won't come back to fix. There is also a very badly stained expansion joint in plain view that they won't fix either, as well as other items. No HBCF insurance was taken out. We raised a case with Fair Trading to have the defects remediated only to find Maccon's licence was just for carpentry (yes, our fault we didn't know to check this properly). Despite this they undertook a structural pool addition, renovation of the existing pool, structural walls, tiling, concreting etc. We still hope Maccon will do the right thing and come back to fix them.
