He quoted a daily price & hrs per day worked before the job & then invoiced a much higher rate & some days only did 5 hrs onsite but still charged a full day rate.

Some gates hung back to front to others, so then nothing looks uniform, posts & pickets are not in a straight line. When challenged to re-invoice to be t the agreed rate, threats made to come back & pull whole job down. Even tho I paid for the steel direct with steel company. He offered to pick up the steel to save me thousands in delivery charges, Since then I asked steel company how much to deliver & was quoted just a few hundred $. He has an answer for everything & anything.

This is my personal review of the job he did for me. He may do better jobs for other clients.
