Only once did they take a long time to show up, but it was a Saturday night. Have always had polite and friendly drivers.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Didn't show up the right time at right spot so one person from our group missed the maxi heading to 30km away! Yes I called to postpone for 15min one hour before the trip and the driver said Ok. However 10mins before the time planned when we haven't already assembled the driver started calling and pressing and accusing us not being at the right spot on time because we cannot change the time we booked?! Ok if you are so insisted on the booking then why you not showing up the exact spot I booked? Especially I picked a car park for the van to stop for a min so we can all get on in no hurry but the driver told me he cannot drive in because he drove a van? Excuse me? That is a car park of train station and stopped all kinds of taxies and buses! Guess what we then had to find him all over the world at the no stopping street side where how am I supposed to recognise you from the traffic?? Then we had to drove around all over again and again looking for the person we missed because the driver insisted not to drive in the car park for I don't know what the problem is with him! In the end the driver was even intending to charge extra for the time WE pull off?! Excuse me? 420 bucks for ruining your day! DISGUSTINGLY RUDE, F WORDS, BADLY REGRET! NEVER EVER CALL!!!

Do not use, horrible taxi company left us stranded after payment, told us that we had a pick up booked then after waitin two hours in the cold didnt answer and told us that we arent being picked up and hung up and declined our calls, do not use

The worst taxi experience ever ! Firstly our taxi driver was speeding and on the phone, it took us informing him that a police patrol car was following to slow down but not for long. Secondly I made it clear whilst booking that we require return and I was told told on the phone that there and back is $140 (our trip was only 17km) th operator understood and reassured me and my friends the maxi taxi will also pick us up and bring us home. Thirdly the taxi never showed up at 1.30am the operators were disgustingly rude and told us that it will be there in 5-10 mins, 20 mins later we called back and they told us the taxi was in an apparent accident and to find our own way home and hung before I could get a word in. We called back and they claimed our booking didn't cover a return, which a 17km trip should no way in the world cost $140, they continously ignored our calls. We were left on the side of the road for 3 hours desperately finding a way home. This is beyond pathetic and a breach of duty of care, never ever ever call these people unless you want your own kids stranded on the side of the road on New Years for three hours, unaustralian.
