AVOID!! I cant recommend more strongly that you do not use this company. My car sustained significant panel damage across two doors (driver's side front and rear). The company could not have been more difficult to deal with and immediately determined they were not liable - without even viewing CCTV!! They are dishonest in their dealings to say the least. Worst experience of service I've ever received. With such a range of companies in the area who offer the exact same service - I cannot be more direct in suggesting you find an alternative option. Dont risk it!

Worst experience ever. My car is still sitting in my driveway, unable to be driven. I left it there over night and came back to a vehicle that would not start (starter motor stuffed), which they did replace, but that was just the beginning of the mechanical problems. My motor is all but destroyed, to the extent that i will require a replacement engine. I have been told numerous times that the manager will call me back, this just doesn't happen. So for your own good, please avoid.

We had a great experience with Andrews Parking!! And we will definitely be using them the next time we go on holidays!!

As a frequent traveller I cannot thank you enough for taking such good care of me, my luggage and my car! The Andrews' Melbourne team are always so courteous and kind to me - always smiling and helpful. I recently tried the car wash service and was delighted to come home to a sparkling clean car to start my working week off!!
On my last return I waited just on 5 minutes for a bus to collect me, which considering the time of year, wasn't too bad as the airport was really busy.
Love the fact my car is waiting for me at reception when I get home! so easy and such good value.

AVOID this business!! After using Andrew's for more than 13 years I will never be going back!! The staff broke keys off in the ignition, then decided to have their mechanic pull the car to pieces causing electrical shorts which then melted much of the wiring loom. They then denied the damage was their doing and refused to cover the cost of repairs. Their service when there is a problem is appalling, they obviously are just after your money. Google them if you would like further evidence of shoddy service when there is a problem. DO NOT use this business!! There are others including Europcar whose service when there is a problem is exemplary who I would reccomend.
