Antler Luggage Australia Pty Ltd

I ordered and paid for an Antler suitcase via Antler Australia website. I was charged the full price without the 20% discount in spiteof it appearing to havebeenapplied at checkout. I have recieved one reply to my query via the payment process to the effect that it would be followed up but nothing since in spite of a further email from me. I do not have a confirmation email of the purchase so it's all looking pretty dicey and nearly $200 gone.
