I bought a helmet from these guys and there was a problem with it ( no fault of FICEDA) and they were extremely accommodating and compassionate to the issue that had arose and arranged replacement parts, and because the right part was not available yet they got me a extra part to fit while i waited for the newer version part to be available. The speed in which they got back to me was almost instant and i received the replacement within a couple of days. There customer service is nothing short of outstanding even to today's standards where everything needs to be the best.. 5/5 For sure. i look forward and plan to do business with them again.

I spoke to a sales consultant at Ficeda Accessories a few months ago regarding a part for my heated handgrips on my motorcycle. He was very helpful and sent me the part I needed free of charge. It was a discontinued line but still an awesome gesture. The part works great. I have recommended this company to many of my motorcycling friends and will use them again.
