They responded fast and efficiently. Came out with a new hot water service within in 4 hours

This company has no manners whatsoever. Early morning follow up calls (before 7am), arriving at times other than agreed upon.



Once they sent over a plumber at 7.30 am without any warning or calls, after my land agent asked them to look at my water heater. The young plumber then turned the water off without warning me, meaning I could not get ready, get out the door and get my daughter to childcare. I had a deadline that day that I struggled to achieve. If they had told me in advance with one phone call or text, my day would have been normal because I would have planned everything.



If you are a housing manager considering JR plumbing, my opinion is that your tenants may appreciate a different company more.
