For a 4pm appointment I arrived at 3.45pm. I filled in a medical history form and handed this back to staff. I was asked to wait in the waiting room. I waited patiently until 5pm. I then approached the desk to ask “ if I leave now will I still be charged “ I was told no.she then proceeded to tell me he was running behind schedule. This information should have been relayed to me upon arrival or at any stage during my wait. I thanked her and left. Very unprofessional.
