Pure Rentals Property Management

I wish there were some negative ratings to choose from.
I had very disappointing experience with Pure Rentals. They were managing our property and literally did no house inception ignoring all the mess tenants did to the property. They sent us a blank inspection report.
They released all the funds ignoring the issues, threatened us and misbehaved rather than fixing the issues.
We ended-up with our previous property managers who took thorough ownership and helped us to bring the property-back to good shape.
I would advise owners who value their property and would like to see it safeguarded, while providing a valuable resource to tenants, to also avoid this agency.
It was the most draining experience ever.
Just stay away from this agency.

If there were negative stars in this scale I would rate them as a negative 2. I would advise anyone who values their family, their health, and being treated in good faith and with respect to avoid this agency.

I have had the worst experience with this agency, which has compromised my health and my families health, and I think they have done the owners of the property a strong financial, legal and ethical disservice as well.

I agree with the post above. My property was so poorly managed that it only had one inspection in a 12 month period. They sent Ryan who is all of about 15 and zero people skills to do the final inspection or in this case not do an inspection and he spent the whole time on his phone and tennant was given full bond refund prior to returning keys and remotes and many things werent in working order.(I wonder why??) I had about 6 different property managers in 2 years. For you own sake stay clear of this company.

If you are looking at renting a nice home, with an exceptional rental agent, stop looking at pure rentals now.

They are sloppy, slow to communicate, unhelpful and ignorant. I managed the property better on my own with my hands tied behind my back, blindfolded.

The customer service is below appalling, and there ability to actually inspect property's and ensure they are being looked after is almost what I would consider worse.

And that's not just my view either, I speak for about 10 others with what I say above.

Cheap or not, go somewhere where you are going to get value for money, not a regrettable experience.
