Klapp Audio Visual

One of Melbourne's best places for mid to high end audio visual equipment. I walked in without any specific purchase in mind and was greeted by store owner Sean who did some amazing demos for me of $100K+ speakers & systems (including the upstairs cinema) - all way above my budget at the time but it was a great experience I'm not used to in today's retail stores. Living nearby I even pop in just to look at "what's new" and a chat. Love this shop!

Sadly, though website is great, customer service on this occasion in store was very disappointing. This particular sales person as soon as I walked in pointed out that very little of what I wanted to ask about was in stock (this is fine as I realise they can't stock every product). The thing that put me offside however was that everything seemed to be too much trouble and he would sneer at my questions about products which were on the website but were not stocked. In the end I left never wanting to return despite their good amount of product range.
