Fantastic service...thorough explanations before fix and after, ...I would reccomend DAE to people that like hearing it how it is without wasting time or playing games

Very rude service. The "man"that answers the phone is very rude and when you meet him, you realize not much else he has going for him .. All he has is to be rude. Go else where.. Better prices better service and customer friendly service any where but here.!! Time to get rid of him ?? Have reported this business...

who is the "simple" man who answers the phone. is he a joke? how rude and unprofessional.

Got their back up when I mentioned I needed a re gas. Its pretty straight forward and you know when a car needs one, telling people it may actually be a major electrical fault on the phone instantly makes you think they are gonna troll ya for all the money they can, took business elsewhere.

Not a very nice guy on the phone ...... People ring up to get quotes because they are afraid of getting ripped off or maybe get some information - not to meet a rude person who hangs up the phone because you don't know anything about air conditioning system in a car ..... Would rather sweat it out than give this guy my hard earned money

I am willing to get a quote about the estimate of re-gas my Mitsubishi magna 2003 model aircon and repairing cost if there is a leakage in aircon system. am I eligible to get a ball park figure :P , I am not willing to spend much on this old lady.

Last month I had an issue with my 90's series Landcruiser, the starter motor was making horrible noises after I took it swimming down at walk about creek... I called DAE and received in depth information on what had happened, and how they would go about fixing such a problem. To this day its starts like new every time, would defiantly recommend. Happy as Larry!

I called to find out how much it cost to re-gas my air conditioning on my Commodore VX. The chap on the phone said he couldn't give me a price without looking. I said I know what the problem is it just needs the gas! He said " you might aswel take go the doctors and get you nogging checked" then put the phone down! Ha I found him to be very rood and took my business elsewhere
