Le-Rye Dry Cleaners

I had never experienced a dry cleaner before.
I was going to a wedding and noticed at my local shopping centre that there was a dry cleaner conveniently located at the bottom of the escalator.
I was assured that my special dress would be ready Thursday night and they were open till 9pm.
I arrived there on Thursday at 7.50pm and to my horror, they were were closed. I phoned the number on the door and could only leave a message. Despite leaving a message that it was urgent, they did not return my call.
The next day I was able to speak to a human on the phone; the woman was very rude and I asked why she hadn't returned my call, she said they were "very busy".
I picked up my dress the next day, which was extremely inconvenient, and again she was very rude and said "you were lucky that we were open till that late on a Thursday night", which contradicted the hours of business on their door and business card.
What more can I say?
