Just Cuts

Hair cut was fine. The hair stylist only talked to me to find out what I wanted done. She talked to the other staff in there language and even stopped blow dryer my hair to hear the conversation between the other two staff members. Very poor service

Waste of my time. I went in for a quick trim and was told it would be a 10-15min wait. But after 30mins of my lunch break gone i was rudely informed by the hair dresser that he was unhappy to do a dry cut. A second hair dresser was then called in to explain that they prefer to do wet cuts for better results, but i can pay extra for them to dry my hair even though i didnt wany my hair wet to begin with. I have curly hair that obviously shortens quiet a bit as it dries. I have never been happy with wet cuts that inevitable take to much off but Iv never had problems with a dry cut. After not being able to convince the hair dresser i just want a dry cut, and pretty much been told i didnt know my own hair well enough to make that decision, i left. If a hair dresser is not confident to cut dry hair you shouldnt ask the client to pay extra for your lack of skill or bully them.
