These guys are great! We hired them for our business and are truly stoked with the service :) Brett's great Aussie attitude makes me laugh every time we chat and our offices are always lovely to see once they've been (and i am OCD!) Highly recommend you call these guys!

Quality Plus has a fantastic knowledge base built from many years in the industry and I would/have recommended them highly to anyone both in home and business' and they are certainly up to any task (within decent reason). The prices are more than reasonable for a professional cleaning service.

What an unprofessional experience I just had with Quality Plus Cleaning Services Wodonga! I hired them for a clean, second time I have hired them and had no issue the first time around. They rocked up at 12:30 but didn't tell me that they had another job booked so could only clean for two hours. They weren't able to finish the clean, and when I questioned why they had only been able to stay two hours I was criticised about how dirty my house was (why else would I hire a cleaner,) and how long it took (3 of them) to get done what was done. Which doesn't change the point of that I didn't know they only had two hours free! They THEN charged me well above the hourly rate I had been quoted for the service, stating that the rate was based on manpower and it was more because three people had gone out. AGAIN something I would have liked to have known before the job. I tried to discuss all of these issues with the owner, but he was absolutely unprofessional and finished the interaction by walking back to his car and shouting out 'Thanks, don't bother calling us again!' I would not recommend this company.
