I highly recommend Shear Air Comfort. When my aircon broke down over the

hottest part of summer they were able to attend quickly and talk through all my options of repairing the old system or replacing it. My new system was installed within a few days. It is much more efficient than my old system and also very quiet. A great local company with a well deserved reputation.

We had our existing airconditioned upgraded and replaced by the Shear comfort team, the last one they installed lasted for over 20years, the install was completed with out a fuss and the new system was explained after installation. Michelle and the team was friendly and exceptional in her communications through out this process and I would highly recommend Shear comfort to supply and fit an air-conditioner.

I booked a service for 2 air conditioners with Michelle who was very pleasant and was able to give me a fixed quote which was great. Braiden the technician arrived on time, was such a polite friendly guy, and never once did he try to up-sell anything more than what was needed, plus he gave good honest advice about the older of the 2 units. The servicing was done promptly, no mess left for me to clean up & he took time out to give my dog Bruce a pat who then wanted to be his van side kick. There's something about a well-run family business that makes me want to write a review.

Wow how good is this business, called for quote and talked with Michelle Shears, booked them to come and talk with us, Neville Shears came and spent couple hours with mum and I, he had all the time in the world to tell us what we needed to know and how ducted air works and things we could do. the price was amazing!!!. today we had the privilege to meet Braiden, Liam and Dylan who installed our new Daikin ducted system, they helped with taking down the old back to back system with no charge, they worked together well and it was all done before lunchtime. really pleased with the service and the way they took pride in their work. can only recommend them to you don't waste time getting others. thanks Neville and Michelle, Braiden, Liam and Dylan, you will be amazed with the service. kind regards Paul and Dorothy, Wilton NSW.

The team were very professional from the time they came to provide a quote to when they came to install our new Daikin ducted system. I have had all 4 of my air conditioners serviced by Shear Comfort Air Conditioning in the past and found them to be professional, knowledgeable and good value. That is why I did not hesitate to get them back in to re-service my air conditioners. It was clear to see that their high quality of service had not decreased over time and they still offered good value for service.
