If I could add 0 stars I would.



I called the day before, and asked simply if my car could be looked at to make sure it’s safe before I drive back down to Melbourne.



I explained that I was up here for my dying father and needed to wait for the vehicle. To which I was told this was ok, and that they would look at it in the morning.



Granted my whole family has been using Boike Automotive for years since he was running out of a small service station.



I went in in the morning, and was rudely greeted by Simon Boike, who told me that he needs the car all day because he’s too busy (he didn’t say this the night before) OK so inconvenienced I left the keys and ordered an uber.



Getting home to find out that my father had died while dropping the vehicle I now had to plan a funeral.



Leaving the hospital I called Boike Automotive and was rudely spoken too and told they hadn’t even touched my car, this was at 12:00. I dropped the car at 7:30 like I was told.



When I asked when they were going to look at it, they said they’re not. I questioned why. They said they’re too busy. And I said that’s really rude, I’ll come collect my car then. I was then hung up on.



I then collected my car, and Simon and his staff hid at the back of the shop while I did so.



This is the worst experience ever. I will never ever ever recommend this guy, infact my family will now stop using them (we have 12 vehicles) and I will ensure that I continue to tell everyone of the lack of character of Simon Boike.



Mechanics like this shouldn’t be in business. So unprofessional
