Recently we visited Dr Leona yip Gabba Dermatology and the receptionist provided us an unclear invoice upon our fee payment saying they had some printing issues and asked us to call them if we need a clear invoice for claiming purposes from private health insurance .

When we called them to send a clear invoice as we need it for claiming ,I received different answers saying they can’t send it until a week .we waited a week and asked them again and they were very rude and impatient and said they are not IT people to send the invoice and didn’t provide any invoice at all finally .

We had to tell the same story to the health insurance and finally our insurance claim got approved with minimum cash back .

We wasted our valuable time to do phone calls many times to them .But , didn’t receive any help.

I suggest everyone not to visit that clinic DR is good though .

Very poor customer service ,they don’t bother about their clients.

We recently find out the specialist had not sent the report to our optometrist , we called back to find out what was happened, but the receiptionist was very rude and very impatient to our enquiry, and even did not want to confirm the address they would send the report to.
