BE VERY CAREFUL SHOPPING FOR SCRIPTS HERE IT COULD COST YOU YOUR LIFE. UNCARING and UNSAFE giving invalid scripts to customers.

Went there to get out my repeat Blood Pressure script which was given to me by this pharmacy only to be told the script has run out, well first question why did you give it back to me and not tell me so i could go and see my doctor for a new script.

So i have had no blood pressure tablets since yesterday and explained that the pharmacy gave me this (as it had their card attached)and I needed the tablets for my health, the dark haired woman doing the scripts didnt seem to care she just threw it out no apologies no nothing except rudness and attitiude.

The young gikl at the front politely asked her about the script and explained I needed them today and the woman with the dark hair doing the script snapped at the young girl and told her "TOO BAD SHE WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE DR" i was standing there and heard her say it.

So she was not only rude to customers but also to other staff members.

What a disgraceful display of customer service.



So my health is now in jeopardy as i am unable to get a drs appointment for 6 days, I have told family and friends so that if something happens to me before I am able to get the medicine YOR PHARMACY will be resposnsible for givng me a false sense and letting me thinking my script was valid.They will be suing you for negligence if needed.



People be careul take 2 minutes to walk across the street to another pharmacy it could save your life.



THIS DISGUSTING RUDE WOMAN IS A DISGRACE TO YOUR COMPANY I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT USE YOUR AT ALL.
