KFC

Not one to write a negative review, but I'm absolutely appalled by the service here.

A relative of mine, Mark, was the manager here for many years, and it just so happened that we were visiting him and his family in Pearl Beach today.



My husband drove into Woy Woy and ordered lunch for the kids at KFC.

He noticed that two of the burgers were missing from the bag upon checking, but was advised by the girl at the window that the burgers were inside one of the boxes.

When he got back to Pearl Beach and opened the boxes, not only was one of the meals a small when he'd ordered a large, but both of the tender burgers were missing.



The kids were hungry, so he gave them the boxes and decided to overook the fact one of the meals were the wrong size and just go back with the receipt to advise about missing tender burgers.



The staff flat out refused to correct the order, and were extremely rude to him.

When he explained that he had had to come back all the way from Pearl Beach, they rolled their eyes, went out the back, and came out with the two burgers, which were slammed down on the desk in front of him.

My husband was shocked and disheartened, as well as embarrassed.

He shook his head as he picked up the burgers from the deal and said "just lovely."



We've heard that this KFC has a reputation for dreadful customer service, but never would I have thought it would be this bad.

Definitely won't be back here again, and would advise anyone who expects to 1. get what you paid for, and 2. be treated with dignity and respect as a customer to steer well clear of this place!
