My request for return of $200 deposit was denied.



Palmers Directors demanded I waive my legal rights before they would return my money.



I had an unpleasant trip in May 25 but had paid a deposit for a tour in September 25.

Inappropriate, Unpleasant and moody.

First bus needed repair and we ended up on a daggy old coach with a barricaded toilet and seatbelts that didn’t retract, for 400km.

A bus full of 90s, 80s, 70s disembarking using a rickety bent step, while the large driver remained at the wheel

Dumped us and left without telling us, leaving us without medications, water for 1 1/2 hrs.

Dumped at the wrong Museum.

Dumped for 2 hrs in a country town where the shops were shut.

Dumped for an hr in a cold, wet external mall before the shops opened....



I will never travel with Palmers Tours again.
