Absolute Climate Technology

I got referred from body corporate, they egnored for a month. After I made an appointment, the technician stood me up for 2hours, no phone calls or anything. Finally I got the technician to my place and charged me $200 for 2 minutes. I called them and complained the receptionist hang up my phone call.

These guys sent a technician out 3 times, each time with different parts to try and fix my air conditioner. Eventually they gave up and I ended up having to pay a $1000 account for nothing. Eventually I had to get a technician from the manufacturer to come out and assess to fault. He identified it instantly and ordered the correct parts.

I then complained to the service manager and wanted a refund for the parts supplied that were not need. He delayed a number of times, asking me to send copies of the manufacturer's technician report. He delayed me long enough (6 months) that my credit card company was powerless to reverse the charge.

In summary, I would recommend you do not trust Absolute Climate Technology. They have no ethics and are dishonest.
