The store and online purchase are easy and we received the glasses without issue. However, after about a year and a half, the glasses bubble and you can no longer see from them. They replaced them twice without issue, and the third time they refused. They did re-issue a warranty card with the replacement glasses but now refuse to honor this. They said their glasses were only meant to last a couple of years. Most of us want things to last longer than steak in the freezer. Essentially, it is a sub-standard product. If you are fickle and only need something that will last a short time, this is a good product. If you are retired, like my husband, and need to mind your pennies, this is not for you. My husband cares meticulously for his glasses and they simply did not last.

The company contacted us when we went to post this review and offered re-glazing (our cost to refit and cut the lenses, which was higher than the cost of glasses) or 15% discount. Both of these solutions did not honor the new warranty card sent with replacement frames and would still only provide the same inferior product.
