WARNING!!! Please be aware this company is operating without full insurance coverage. I brought my car in for a minor bumper fix and while being repaired, the car was damaged by the recent floods resulting in the car being fully written off. As the company does not have proper insurance coverage I am now left out of pocket and without a car. What's worse is rather than try to work with the customer to find a solution, the company has chosen to wash their hands of the problem. The company has not responded to the multiple emails and phone messages that I have left for them to contact me back. If you are thinking of taking your car in for repair with this company, please reconsider. While you may not be impacted by exactly the same circumstances, if this is how they have treated me, imagine how they would treat you if you were unsatisfied with your repair once they have taken your money.

The week before my car was rear-ended and the rear bumper was warped and needed painting and repair. I contacted Bignell Panel Repairs and dropped my car off at 7am the following week on Monday morning and picked it up on Tuesday afternoon. The car was repaired so quickly and the repaired area was as good as new and they cleaned my car afterwards. Grateful for all their hard work and help! They were fantastic!!!

Terrible quality - my car went in for a simple repair job and the result has ruined my paintwork. The first time I collected my car there was a large hair in my paint, and so a respray job was needed. This was simple enough to arrange - however since this hair has been removed the look of my car has been ruined. My rear door no longer matches the rest of the car - with a large dark patch in the area that was resprayed. The paint clearly DOESN'T MATCH. I'm currently looking at getting it redone - but it wont be through this company.

Other minor complaints are that they broke my fuel cap and didnt even attempt to fix it, and that the inside of my car was filthy upon collection.
