      Didn't do any work as terrible Communication

      I hate to do this although the service level Paul has given to me next to zero.



      For over a month I have tried to get a reply with a date that he would visit site for a small electrical job.



      4 emails, 5 calls later, still nothing, even after a price was given and was told he would be back in touch after every call.



      Terrible business practice and customer experience.
