Minimal communication, no handover after filling the pool, left the robotic pool cleaner and accessories at the back door whilst we were home but did not let us know. Anyone could have stolen these items, as they left them out in the open. Put shade sail up temporarily whilst the concrete cured, which scratched the gutters on the roof. There were concrete splatters all over our brand new home. They insisted on us installing the pool fence prior to it being finished, then took down 3 sections, incorrectly reinstalled them with screws left over and scratches which they painted with matt finish, very obvious. When pool was filled the workers jumped in with there filthy clothes. The tiles were not what we agreed to but were bareable. Went to QBCC who were not terribly helpful, however the concrete splatter was removed and several walls repainted. The guy painting was quite unpleasant to deal with. This occurred 5 years ago. Totally avoid. Untrustworthy, poor workmanship. The mosaic tiles near water line are and have been falling off plus there is significant calcium build up near the water feature, it's an eyesore.

This company was subcontracted to to build a concrete pool during a recent renovation at my home. Their communication, promptness and reliability was below par for the whole project. The pool builder walked away from the job after the water was filling and provided zero handover on how to operate or maintain the pool. The chlorinator broke nearly 2 months ago and KB Pools have been unresponsive to requests from our builder, meaning they have had to engage another party to step in. Keep a wide berth, plenty of other pool builders in the area.
