I don't recommend Gemini repairs in Thornbury Melbourne the quality of workmanship is pretty bad I had to take the car back three times some other faults were they left the tape on the bumper bar, dent on the bumper bar, no clear sprayed on the actual paint, dust on the bonnet that is stuck to the clear and the polish was smeared all over the bumper plastic. So if you can avoid Gemini at all costs, though the people are quite decent and friendly The workmanship is crap and does not stand up to quality.

I had a terrible experience with Gemini Repairs at Geebung. They bought out B&I Paint at Geebung and the customer service did not improve.
My insurance company sent me there. The quoted 2-3 week hail repair job took over 8 weeks. I had to keep ringing them to find out what was going on.
Do not use them.

The workmanship here is appalling not to mention the standard of there customer service.

I have a late model holden that went in for minor repair, these took 3 weeks to complete. When I got my car back it was clear the quality of the repairs was wofull. There was also new damage caused by careless worker and money stolen from the glove box.

Now 9 weeks later I am still batteling with these retards to get the job done properly. Might be time to call the ACCC or something. These people are so inincompetent, they should not be in business.
