I paid $140 callout fee as my aircon stopped working, they said on the phone someone would come out and take a look. The guy didn't even take any covers off or look at anything and just gave me a price for a new install which was a very high inflated price.

Our evap stopped working in 40 degree heat. Called these guys, booked a serviceman for "between 5 and 8pm". Had to pay first - no problem. We wait all those hours, dripping in sweat. 'Of course they're still coming', we thought, 'Otherwise they'd ring or text us to say they aren't'. Called them back at 8:20pm. "The serviceman who was logged to do your job went home sick for the day". Absolutely gobsmacked. No contact whatsoever. I demanded an immediate refund - why would I reschedule when they drop the ball in such an epic way right off the bat? Need to wait FIVE business days for a refund.
Don't believe the the rigged rubbish you read about how good this company is - if they can do this to a new customer right away after taking their money and they're a 24 hour service, what else are they capable of? No chance will I give these guys a look-in again and I'll be spreading the word. The absolute worst.

We needed some new lighting fixtures installed. The electrician did a fantastic job, completing the work quickly and without any issues. The lights look great, and the space is much brighter now. Very pleased with the professional and efficient service.

Our air conditioner was making a strange noise and not cooling properly. A technician from After Hours came out to us. He quickly figured out the problem and got it fixed. We're now enjoying a comfortably cool home again. Their work was efficient and the technician was really friendly.
