Toll IPEC

Hi my name is Ilias k.i was ring the toll or ipec for my delivery and the no transfer me to Malaysia and the customer service is not speak English well and from there the ring or control the Australia transportation way what is rong with this company after little bit more time I contact in Melbourne toll or ipec and the asking way this ? The sayng the don't know way ?ring Filipines or Malaysia?aim witching to see when and hwo long i take to delivery my goods???

When choosing a company for your freight needs stay well away from these guys. They will promise the world and deliver nothing. Promise after promise and the higher up the chain it just gets worse. Their latest excuse 'oh we are experiencing heavy freight loads at the moment'. I'm sorry, isn't that what a freight company does?? No call backs, constantly chasing people or are both useless and inept.

Toll Ipec continue to promise lots and deliver nothing time and time again. We are in Dandenong and are on an overnight service from our supplier in Adelaide. 2, 3 or even 4 days is now the norm. They promise it will be delivered that 'this afternoon' the 'next day' and it just goes on and on each and everytime. Woeful service. I should take legal action to sue for fales promises on delivery times. never again and I strongly advise people to go elsewhere. They have zero interest in rectifying the problem as well. It's just as good as it gets!!

Tried to call to them need to wait hours to talk and really uncomfortable services as well.

Also the tracking info is always nor correct until delivered.

this company has no ability to service customer and communicate internally with the correct information required and paid for to complete a simple delivery.

4 days waiting for a service on items to be collected and they failed every singe day for the past 9 moths we are trying to get some sense to them for a collection.

what makes it interesting is that Toll have the correct vehicle to collect under their fleet and they keep getting it wrong as we have been waiting now for 4 days.

So we had enough we call their opposition and they got our items within 3 hours from calling them at better prices and way more accurate and pleasant service..



GOODBYE TOLL you just lost another customer

don't even bother using toll we had a time slot for our parcel to be collected at 12 to 2 and when i got home before 12 they had already been then i called them and re arranged the collection because they arrived out of their time slot. They never showed to collect the package. We called them they said the collection had been canceled. And we will have to take it to them or take further time off and wait for them (if they can be bothered showing) I would suggest you use a company who is specializing in collecting and delivering parcels as opposed to a company who just waist your time.

No star review. Absoloutely revolting service. Didn't even ring the doorbell before signing the "missed recieve" card. Cannot believe they are still running. 2 days in a row they leave the card in the mail without ringing the doorbell! This is very irritating. DO NOT RELY ON TOLL for any important service. They clearly do not care!

Is there a NO star!! toll has had my item for 12 days and not once attemped to deliver it to my address as i have no cards etc in my letter box but apprently its been loaded to a vehcile 3 times. 40 minutes oer wait on the ohone to a foriegn who keeps saying its going to be delivered today DONT PAY, THEY OFFER NO SERVICE

toll NOWAY!! something needs to be done! this business must be CLOSED hello ASIC!!! same story did not deliver about 5 phone calls each time more than 20 minutes I decided to pick waiting for an SMS to confirm pickup location for TWO DAYS!!! PLEASE !!
