Centre Com

This the the worst PC shop to buy from, more than two weeks to deliver my product, if you return the item they deduct 15% of how much you paid, disgraceful customer service. don't ever think of buying from this company. ebay and amazon and other websites are much cheaper.

Not recommending anyone to shop from Centre-Com, as they have a very very poor customer service and sale Faulty Product.

Even when you take the faulty products back to them either they will give you rubbish result that wouldn't resolve your enquiry, as such we have diagnosed your product and we didn't find any problem with it.

When they diagnose a product they never have such proof that they diagnosed it or not, it's only words that are being said and I can say those words as well.

When you call them over the phone, the staff members says a different story and when you enter the store, you will hear another different story of what's going to happen to your product.

Buy your product from any where you want apart from Centre-Com.

Great dynamics and personalised service. In particular Nathan and Eli were super effective explaining rather complex issues in laymans terms. I was so impressed with thier customer service that goes beyond just good manners but great technical and time efficent service. Every since day 1 that I walked through the doors at Centrecom Bendigo, I was met with excellent (relaxed, fun and professional) customer service. Combine that with the technical expertise to fill the much needed gaps in my own knowledge and then couple this with great pricing and you have yourself a one stop shop. To this day I now refuse to go anywhere else for my computing needs (following some horrible experiences with competitors I'll refrain from naming and shaming in this review today).
I'll be back very soon guys as I'm needing a new laptop ASAP! Looking forward to my next visit!

You won't find another store in Bendigo with better range and pricing than Centrecom. Helpful staff that really know their products and fully support everything they sell. Always a pleasure to deal with!

Excellent customer service - the staff really know their stuff and were very helpful every step of the way when providing both mine and my husband's laptops. Friendly, reliable - will definitely be sending my friends and family to visit the Centre Com team.
